In-store Purchases

We are happy to refund or exchange any regular priced items in new condition within 14 days of purchase (to the original method of payment). For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you'll have to present a valid receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are FINAL on sales items, books, tote bags, and jewelry; they cannot be returned.

Online Purchases

If the item you purchased online doesn't quite work out, that's okay! Just bring the item into our store location or mail it back to us within 14 days of the shipping date. Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment. After 14 days from the shipping date, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you'll have to present a valid receipt.

Instructions For Returns

  1. Please email: shop@MarinersMuseum.org with:
    • Your first & last name
    • Order/Receipt number
    • Items being returned (style numbers/brand/description)
  2. Ship your return items to the address supplied above by your preferred method of shipping.
  3. We will refund you by original method of payment once we have received your return order. You will receive a confirmation email for the return.
